Tradition und Innovation Was Schmuck anbelangt, gibt es für Andersen keine Grenzen. Sie verbindet mit ihren Handketten, Ringen und Broschen historische Epochen mit gegenwärtigen Trends. "Meine Lieblingsperioden sind die 80er- und 90er-Jahre. Damals hatten die Menschen Spaß", stellt Andersen fest. Spaß bedeutet in diem Sinne extravagante Ketten und große Broschen in knalligen Farben. Der gegenwärtige Trend liegt jedoch ganz im Zeichen der Schlichtheit und Eleganz. Andersen kombiniert den Spaß der Vergangenheit mit dem heuten Zeitgeist und stellt so den Schmuck für zukünftige Trends her, etwa eine Panzerkette mit einem Perlenanhänger. "Ich liebe den Bruch der Traditionen", erläutert Andersen. Heimat und Handketten Andersens Laden in der Pramergasse im Servitenviertel ist ein Ruhepol für alles Schmuckbegeisterten. "In meinem Laden sollen sich alle wohlfühlen. Man muss nicht immer viel Geld ausgeben. Manchmal reicht auch ein einziges Stück", teilt sie mit. Die Handkette ist Andersens Paradeschmuckstück. Sie trägt ihr Lieblingsaccessoire immer und überall. In Österreich sei das Schmuckstück noch nicht angekommen, dennoch erkennt Andersen ihre Werke an den Menschen in der Stadt wieder. "Das ist noch immer ein ungewöhnliches Gefühl, aber ich mag es sehr", so Andersen. An ihre Vergangenheit denkt Andersen gerne zurück. "Am Anfang fertigte ich Schmuckstücke aus Plastik. Dazu musste ich einen 3D-Drucker aufsuchen", erinnert sich die Designerin. Aber schon damals brachte sie nichts von ihrem Weg als Schmuckdesignerin ab. "Heute bin ich stolz auf das, was ich erreicht habe." Einen Ratschlag gibt Andersen mit: "Wenn es Dir gefällt, muss es niemandem sonst gefallen." Für die Designerin stehen der Kreativität alle Türen offen. Du kannst nur ein Stück tragen oder wenn Du willst, kannst Du auch tausend Ketten tragen," sagt Andersen ermutigend. Danke Martin!
